Nava's H.R. 1 podcast
H.R. 1 is sweeping federal legislation that affects how states administer crucial public benefits. Nava is helping states build technology that enables them to comply with the legislation while ensuring eligible people retain benefits. To underscore the importance of human-centered implementation, I produced a podcast that featured conversations with leaders across our company and the industry at large.
